In 1996, Mike created and became president of PeopleTek Coaching, Inc., an international leadership and development company specializing in executive and business coaching for individuals and organizations.

Prior to founding PeopleTek, Michael worked for Electronic Data Systems and American Express in a variety of leadership roles, managing technical teams and interfacing with internal and external business partners and vendors.

A writer, Michael has authored the following books: “12 Steps for Couragous Leadership: Start Your Leadership Now!andPeopleTek’s Leadership Journey II: Moving Beyond the Barriers“. 

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, and his MBA from Nova Southeastern University.  Michael is on the Graduate School Advisory Board for Keiser University, on the Board of Directors for OJ McDuffie’s not-for-profit Catch 81 Foundation, is MEECO Certified from the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches, is ITIL v 3 certified, and is a member of SHRM and ICF.
