174-LaurenHoeckLauren Hoeck is an actuary with nearly 15 years of experience consulting on benefit programs.  Lauren consults with clients on a broad range of complex defined benefit and defined contribution plan issues, including plan design and effectiveness, risk management and contribution strategies.

Lauren is a financial wellness and retirement readiness subject matter expert, consulting with a diverse range of clients on trends, measurement techniques, and solutions.

In addition to her consulting role, Lauren leads the Washington, DC Out@WTW Inclusion Network, which promotes inclusion and diversity through trainings, social events, and client events.  Lauren earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.  She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an enrolled actuary under ERISA.
