About the Guest:
Sage Rhodes Hoare is a public affairs executive with deep experience at the intersection of advocacy and communications. Her consulting firm, Sage Hoare Communications & Stakeholder Strategies LLC, uses comprehensive strategies to engage stakeholders and the media to advance clients’ objectives. She served for more than ten years in the Global Public Affairs organization at AT&T in Atlanta, GA and Washington, D.C., where she led federal, state and local campaigns to eliminate obstacles to emerging business objectives. She has broad experience in management, stakeholder engagement, comprehensive issues campaigns, state and local strategies, and strategic planning.
Prior to her career in Public Affairs at AT&T, she was the President and CEO of the Georgia Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, where she worked to reduce the impact of arthritis on the lives of millions of adults and children in Georgia and increased funding by 50%. Her earlier career was in campaign politics, public and government affairs at the local, state and federal level.
Sage is admitted to the Florida and District of Columbia bars. Sage received her B.A. from Sewanee: The University of the South and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the American Criminal Law Review.
