A big commercialization project requires many touch points and significant communication skills. This was something that g<\/span><\/span>rowth and business development leader, Kevin Gentry, was able to successfully tackle through problem solving and perseverance.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“M<\/span>y technical writing\u00a0<\/span>background<\/span>, intimate product knowledge and sales experience prepared me well to\u00a0<\/span>develop the product line\u2019s sales materials, brand strategy, and region-specific market-entry plan<\/span>ning<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>In addition, I organized external collaborations with region-specific\u00a0<\/span>Academia to monitor and record field trial performance and qualification testing results. This strategy provided our organization independent, third-party publicized reports that we successfully used to promote our solution\u2019s capabilities<\/span>\u00a0at industry conferences<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Domestic and international t<\/span>arget clients included\u00a0<\/span>Major Operators, independent operators, National Oil Companies and OEM fabricators,\u00a0<\/span>adding complexity and time to achieve successful market-penetration.<\/span>\u00a0I\u00a0<\/span>effectively planned and executed a global\u00a0<\/span>market-entry campaign<\/span>\u00a0by dedicating myself to understanding<\/span>\u00a0regulatory requirements, as well as each\u00a0<\/span>operator<\/span>\u2019s needs and\u00a0<\/span>qualification\u00a0<\/span>requirements<\/span>\u00a0independently<\/span>\u00a0to ensure each respective organization\u2019s technology onboarding process presented an achievable path to success for AVL approval\u00a0<\/span>(approved vendor list<\/span>), in an acceptable amount of time.<\/span>\u00a0As a result,\u00a0<\/span>we<\/span>\u00a0introduced<\/span>\u00a0the technology into 12 different countries by\u00a0<\/span>presenting to more than<\/span>\u00a040\u00a0<\/span>organizations<\/span>\u00a0in 18\u00a0<\/span>months<\/span>, and<\/span>\u00a0securing AVL approvals for\u00a0<\/span>9<\/span>\u00a0operators in the first\u00a0<\/span>24 months.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Over the course of my career, I\u2019ve developed a passion <\/span>f<\/span>or the commercialization process associated to product development and market-entry planning.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>My understanding of technology assessments, my ability to see the big picture and establish vision for the future<\/span>\u00a0help create effective business growth strategies. My experience\u00a0<\/span>conceptualiz<\/span>ing, planning, and executing effective <\/span>product launch\u00a0<\/span>strategies continues to be an exercise in which I excel and enjoy.”<\/span><\/p>\n
