After NexTrade Holdings was sold to Citigroup in 2006, Josef Schaible stepped in as a young executive. However, he faced resistance from legacy team members who made no effort to understand Citigroup’s trading platform.

Josef led the management team overhaul, which prudently removed approximately 50 salaries from the division’s P&L (Profit & Loss), to allow needed room for new leadership and personnel.
